DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Copyright Respect

HQFree.net respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

2. Our Role as an Embedding Platform

HQFree.net functions solely as a video embedding platform:

• We do NOT host any video files on our servers
• We do NOT upload or create any content
• We embed videos using Eporner's public API and iframe technology
• All video files are stored on and served by third-party providers
• We have no control over the availability or removal of embedded content

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

Step 1: Contact the Content Host

Step 2: Provide Required Information

Your DMCA notice to Eporner should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (video URL on the source platform)
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

Step 3: Removal from HQFree

If you have already filed a successful DMCA takedown with the content provider and the video still appears on HQFree.net, you may contact us at contact@eporner.com with:

• Proof of successful DMCA takedown with Eporner
• The specific URL on HQFree.net
• We will remove the embed reference immediately

4. Safe Harbor Provisions

HQFree.net qualifies for DMCA safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) as:

• We do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
• We do not receive financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity
• We do not control the content we embed
• We act expeditiously upon notification of claimed infringement
• We have designated contact agents for copyright notices

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice at abuse@eporner.com. Counter-notices must comply with DMCA requirements.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

While we do not host content, we maintain a policy of removing embed references to content that has been subject to repeated valid DMCA takedowns.

7. False Claims

Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party who submits a false or fraudulent DMCA notice.
